I’ve been working with aware respiratory for the final 10 years. I’ve a ardour for working with youngsters and younger adults. Though my preliminary coaching and profession was as a journalist and in company communication, I diversified into people-centred work and am a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Coach and That means-Centred Counselling working with the framework of Logotherapy.
What does a typical day seem like for you?
My day is a joyful number of being in entrance of the laptop computer working Breathwork Africa, conferences, one-on-one classes, doing breathwork in company settings and working group classes. How did your mindfulness/breathwork journey start and what impressed you to develop into a breathwork practitioner?
