  • 300g boneless hen thigh fillets
  • 600g hen breast fillets
  • 20g Lebanese 7 spice combine
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 6 massive tortilla wraps
  • Lettuce
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
